1st - 3rd Grade New Baker School Student

One of the ways we like to support our new families transition is by personally welcoming you to our school community. We also support new students by connecting them with others in the same grade. By filling out this form you are giving the Parents/Students Welcome Team at Baker permission to contact you regarding planned activities or events for newcomers. These events will give your child an opportunity to make new friends prior to beginning of school. Provide us below with a little information to help us break the ice when children are meeting for the first time.

If you have two children who will be starting at Baker this school year, please fill out a separate form for each child. We look forward to meeting you!
