2024 FALL SPORTS
REGISTRATION IS OPEN!

After registering on Genesis, to check if your student is eligible for the season (meaning, all required forms have been submitted and the physical exam is up to date): View Athletic Eligibility in Genesis

  1. A sports physical must be completed by a physician and dated within 365 days of the first day of practice.  All physicals expire 365 days after they are performed. An updated Sports Physicals MUST be on file and approved in the Health Office for each athlete before the student-athlete can participate in interscholastic sports practices and scrimmages/games.

  2. All physical forms must be brought to the Health Office by August 2, 2024.  No faxes, scans, or emails. DO NOT hand them to the coach.

  3. Sports physical forms must be filled out completely - if the physician does not fill out all information (Example: for vision 20/___R  20/ ___L) we must reject the physical form.  Please make sure all spaces on the physical forms are complete. 

ImPACT TESTING: 
All athletes are required to undergo baseline Cognitive Testing (ImPACT) every two years. If you have not yet undergone ImPACT testing, the student MUST do so before being cleared for participation in any sport. A link to the ImPACT test will be sent to the student-athlete's email address prior to the start of the season.
