Guide to Online Payments

The District has two payment portals for online payments.  Refer to the guide below to determine which portal to use before making an online payment.  Please note, you also have the option of dropping off a check at your student's school main office.


PaySchools Central

Use for:

  • AP Exams
  • Field Trips and other school trips
  • MTPS Activity Fee
  • Senior Parking Fee
  • Senior Trip
  • Student Fees including:
    • Media Center
    • Tech 1:1 Fees
    • Text Book Fees

Student Fees will be visible in Genesis under the Fees and Fines tab and assigned to your student in PaySchools Central.

School Parent Payment Portal

Use for:

  • Cafeteria Deposits
  • Creative Minds
  • EDC Payments
  • Summer Enrichment Camp
  • Tuition Payments for Integrated preK, extended day kindergarten, and district tuition

Student Fees are not assigned to students in the School Payment Portal.  You will have to choose both the fee and student when making payment.  

Note, you can only make cafeteria deposits on the School Payment Portal mobile app.  Therefore, we recommend using the web version of the 
School Parent Payment Portal.
